IoEMC members are highly experienced Executive Coaches, many of whom have achieved the level of qualification and expertise required to be an IoEMC Accredited Master Executive Coach.
Becoming a member of the IoEMC is both a privilege and a responsibility, as not only does membership add significant prestige and value to each member, but it also requires that members maintain the highest standards of professionalism in any executive coaching delivery.
Our membership criteria therefore is very stringent in order to ensure that these high standards of quality and professionalism are met. All of our membership is approved by the IoEMC Executive Council prior to acceptance.
We rigorously monitor the ongoing professional development and progress of our membership, in order to align it accurately with the requirements of business and with any additional developments in the fields of Executive Coaching or indeed the more generalized coaching arenas.
We offer our membership continuous education, both professional and personal development, through a range of mediums to include: Conferences and Seminars, IoEMC specific qualifications, Study Tours and through our association with certain education providers; a full range of relevant study options which can lead to Master or Doctorate qualification level if required.
Membership Criteria
Associate Membership of the IoEMC (minimum criteria)

Demonstrable evidence of a minimum of 2,500 hours of Executive Level 1:1 Coaching experience .

Demonstrable proof of the proficient use of at least 5 different client assessment tools

A minimum of at least 6 separate (referenced) Executive Coaching interventions, tools, techniques, or methodologies

Client References - both corporate and personal

Professional study and qualifications at graduate level in a recognised and/or relevant associated discipline.

Evidence of continuous personal development and study.

Evidence of having held at least one (in post) Executive Level position as part of their career to date.

Professional Indemnity Insurance.
Full Membership of the IoEMC (Accredited Master Executive Coach)

Demonstrable evidence of a minimum of 6,000 hours Executive level 1:1 Coaching experience .

Demonstrable proof of the proficient use of at least 8 different assessment tools.

A minimum of at least 12 separate Executive Coaching interventions, tools, techniques or methodologies .

Formal presentation to a representative/s of the IoEMC Executive Council of two full and in-depth client Case Studies.

At least 3 Client References, both corporate and personal

Professional study and qualifications at post-graduate level in a recognised and relevant discipline.

Evidence of continuous personal development and professional study.

Evidence of having held at least Two (in post) Executive Level positions as part of their career to date.
